Nutrition is the biggest part of any fitness related goal. It does not matter if you are trying to lose, gain, or maintain, nutrition is going to be the biggest focus. There are a lot of approaches to nutrition, but there is a way to eat the foods you love and hit your fitness goals. (pasta doesn’t make you instantly fat and carbs aren’t the enemy.)
